Where’s Walter Business Card

For this freelance project for Cory Graham, who is a travel agent for the company Where’s Walter. I was able to take on the project on creating a business card, the properly represents Where’s Walters branding as well as fitting a simplistic, professional travel theme inline with Cory Grahams individual logo. The first design solution would be to find a simplistic design that addresses both individual branding of company and travel agent.

The first step in my design process would be to establish the background color and theme for the front and back of the card. I wanted to go with this blue color as it matches Cory Grahams other marketing assets as well as the flyer I was able to work on for him. This blue also matches the same color within his individual logo, I then added in a lighter spotlight gradient overlap to give this card more depth. As well as give it a professional aesthetic that is in line with his individual branding.

The next step in the design process would be to experiment with some different shapes and image masks to give the card the proper traveling aesthetic. With the background being a nice blue color I think this would blend and work well with a similar ocean vacation image. The purpose of the real image is to also compliment the company’s branding, solving the design question on implementing both brands.
